Laurent POOT has a 15 years experience in the field of the Telecommunications from different perspectives:
- - User, via his experience on the ASTRID project as representative of the National Police;
- Operator, via his experience within a large Belgian telecommunications operator part of a huge international group;
- - Supplier, via his experience within a French consulting company (“SSII”) based in Paris.
Those different professional experiences gave Laurent Poot a 360° view on the market, operations, processes, P&Ls, …
He has been active both in Public and Private sector. Today, this gives him the opportunity to apply best practices from both sectors and to be familiar with any kind of organization.
He has experience in leading operations (e.g. deployment projects), in managing large call for tenders procedures and in putting partnerships in place.
After almost two years as independent, Laurent Poot has had the opportunity to use his experience for several customers in different fields (see References page).
